◇ Aging wine in a huge natural cave (underground storehouse) in Japan's proud "Stone Town Oya" ◇

At Restaurant Chevalier, wine is imported directly from France and then aged in a natural cave (underground cellar) that is 6 to 8 meters underground and 550 tsubo in size in Oya Town, Tochigi Prefecture.In this environment called "wine paradise", the temperature is 10-15℃ and the humidity is over 90% throughout the year, making it the perfect space for aging wine.

Restaurant Chevalier in Mita, Minato Ward will close at the end of December 2020 due to circumstances.On August 28th of the following year, the wine trading company renewed the restaurant Chevalier at the new store.Our shop is a 2-minute walk from the A2 exit of Shibakoen Station on the Toei Mita Line.
